I would def fall under the looking category…
Photo’s 15, 18 & 26 were what stood out the best for me, unfortunately it was a hard decision as all 3 were different scenarios..

35 is just a lucky snapshot that happened to catch the flame spit . Its flat and soft and not even composed properly. Sorry, but there are some stunners in this group but it doesn’t compute why 35 has so many votes. I know this is the amateur cat so maybe that why there are so many votes for the most amateur looking pic.
Well it is an amatuer class, im no pro photographer. It wasnt even my camera, i dont have one.
Not really a lucky snapshot either, i was on the start line at Silverstone all day helping run BDC and i noticed Scotty kept getting some good flames so i made a point of trying to get that shot.
I do agree there are better photos though but also pleased mine has so many votes 🙂
That sucks, mines not in there. Wonder what happened there.

Ive just checked my email and for same reason i said i wanted to be in the semi-pro class which doesnt exist, i asume ill be entered in the pro class now. O well.

i sent my email with an image for Amateur Action shot weeks ago (car was alan chubbys mccords pink/red s15)
Gabi Villar also submitted 3 photos for each category, and her one hasn’t made it either??
she sent it weeks ago too…..

Wow some amazing photos!! Im number 23 picked up the camera only a year ago after a friend asked me to take some shots as he went around on action day had the bug since!!! So any advice or thoughts would be great!!
Never put it down… I don’t think I will ever quit…

I have put everyones photos up that I received, I double checked my inbox and there are no more entries in this category that arrived, and we have even included ones that got sent to things like sales@driftworks.com and other email addresses too. If we didn’t get a photo because it was rejected, I sent emails out requesting it was resent. If your photo is NOT in this gallery, we haven’t received it, or you’ve not sent us the correct information. No screening was done, every photo received got put up. Sorry guys, we’ve done our very best. We can only put up what we’ve received. 🙂
If you DON’T have a picture on display in this category, re-send them to al@driftworks.com and we will have one additional round for the action photo class for those photos specifically, and you will know that you’re going to be entered for the other categories.
