Where the hell did the year go? Has it really been long enough to see another season of the British Drift Championship is come and go? Apparently so, and once again BDC have turned up the gain to have their best year of competition yet, with three packed classes and more competitors than I would know what to do with. The sheer volume of drivers, and the amount of track time everyone still gets is a testement to the hard work that goes on behind the scenes at every BDC round by the organisers and the staff that support them come rain or shine.
So who made it to the top rung of the three championship podiums after the final round at Knockhill?
Semi Pro Class: Team Rampstyle Owen Taylor
Pro Class: Team Dori Hero’s Christian Lewis
Super Pro Class: Team Japspeeds Paul Smith
And Team Japspeed took the Team/Constructor Championship Title
From everyone at Driftworks we’d like to congratulate the winners, and thank the BDC for another awesome year of door to door action.
