We are now welcoming applications for the role of Customer liaison at Driftworks Ltd in Birmingham.
This is a first line sales and customer service position.
Driftworks Ltd are looking for someone who:
Enjoys dealing with people.
Is friendly, polite and confident.
Is calm and patient when under pressure.
Has previous sales experience.
Has a knowledge of drifting.
Is familiar with the workings of performance rear wheel drive cars.
Has a very good working knowledge of wheel offsets and fitments.
Has a good basic knowledge of car suspension and tuning.
Can easily commute to Birmingham B11 or doesn’t mind moving.
Wants to be part of an exciting team leading the way in a growing market.
The role will essentially comprise of:
Answering telephone and email enquiries.
Managing sales communications on forums.
Dealing with face to face sales at the trade counter.
That’s the main outline, but as with most stuff we do, there will be a fair variety of other bits thrown into the mix and we’ll aim to keep the role fresh and challenging wherever possible.
Salary:
16k to 18k p.a dependent on experience.
+ Perks – Cost price on everything we sell – Use of our facilities – workshop etc.

hi im greg im 19 from northampton i love cars and drifting ive dun some track days in my other car wich is a k11 nissan micra super-s wich has been a on going track project for the last 2 years ive been trying to get a sr20det out of a pulsar for it but i am on a limited budget. ive been drifing for about a year. ive only got a e36 316 coupe slammed on its ass its the only rwd car i can insure it more of a wet wether skider. ive dun a bit of work with wheel off set and tyre streching etc. im also a assistant mechanic at (rs motoz) northampton. this is my dream job and i would love to meet all of you and have a look at some of the cars 🙂

This is my dream job I have had a bit of hands on experience but mostly just knowledge my dad has owned 2 FR cars 1997 skyline R33 converted to RWD and now has 1995 Toyota Supra I love drifting and hope to compete in BDC one day I live in Scotland but will happily find somewhere nearby.
