King of Europe Drift Series Round 7 – Croatia

The 7th Round of King of Europe Drift Series was scheduled to take place in Croatia, just one week after round 6 in Romania. The drivers quickly regrouped and headed west to acquire some more vital points before the end of the championship, scheduled for October.

The location was set on an old airport, with pretty decent speeds attained in the first section of the track. Calin Ciortan from Romania, who had broken the M3 E46 Turbo engine in his E30 just one week earlier, had managed to quickly make use of another engine, this time with stock internals, and bring it over;  making sure not to lose any point to his opponents in this important stage of the season. At the end of the weekend, after recklessly pushing his car to the limits, he did manage to get third place overall, only to be defeated by Roman Kolesar from Slovakia, driving the blue AquaSeed M3 E46 Compressor, and Adam Kerenyi from Hungary, driving the Monster Energy/Dotz Wheels M5 compressor powered E36 (with a E46 front-end).

The video features some of the drifting action, some of the girls from the event and the overall atmosphere going on behind the scenes. All about having fun and getting on with each other, keeping the rivalries only for the racetrack! We hope you enjoy this one!
