Starkey obtained his wonderfull yellow steed roughly 6 years ago. What started life as a simple NA Auto fresh import has evolved over the years to this wide, low stancey machine. As Driftworks are one of the worlds largest distributors of WORK Wheels, Starkey wanted to increase the width of his S15 to accomodate much larger wheels and to have huge amounts of dish to show off the custom nature of WORK Wheels.
As he has close to zero interest in going fast (Starkey and his car!) fitment and the aesthetic of the car is king. He has lowered the car on Driftworks CS2 coilovers, combined with Stance Parts Air Cups to allow him to drive at his impractical ride height … almost everywhere. To get the fitment he desired, he raided the Driftwork shop’s entire catalogue of alignment arms to get the perfect look (just as long as you dont ask Craig for his opinion)
For bodywork he is running Vertex Lang front and rear bumpers, Origin Labo stylish line side skirts, Origin Labo +40mm front fenders and +50mm rear fenders however that will be changing over the spring.
Now for the most visual part of his build, the wheels. He is running WORK Wheels Japan Emotion CR3P. The fronts are 18×9.5 ET-3 and on the rear they are 18×10.5 ET-29! All of them are A Disk so they have the concave spokes.
