Minus one today here the Driftworks Imaginarium. That’s what my pocket thermometer said. And the fan heaters packed up, and for some reason I can’t get the radiators to apply heat. JimsFactory is currently trying to trick the air con machine into thinking it’s a fan heater, and all it’s doing is freezing his bits… Good news though – we’ve just received an order of hundreds of HKB steering boss kits in stock – these are Japan made and completely unbeatable for quality or fit. They are double drilled too – so you can fit your Nardi, Personal, Momo, Sparco, OMP or (if you have to) a dirty Richbrook wheel with no problems. Read more…

Captain Paz arrived after a gruelling journey with no heaters working in his S14. Considering he’s got a gammy foot, we’ve got to look after him these days and the last thing we need now is Paz with stiff joints.

Brilliantly on Friday, our development car (the red S14a) seized it’s engine after an oil pump failure which was bit of pain. We’re on the lookout for a new SR20, so if anyones got one cheap – let us know!

Phil meanwhile had sent the TrackCulture Evo off to Ultimate Finish just round the corner from DW HQ – Terry had done an amazing job restoring Phil’s fully smashed arches and at the same time removing every rust bubble – and the enormous spoiler too. Phil had picked up a low level lip wing and was trying to heat the car up a bit so the bits would stick.
