bmw e36 turbo build help

I am going crazy on trying to figure out how/what i need to wire to the ecu. Like all the sensors and every thing. All the existing things like camshaft pos sensor,temp sensors, fuel injectors and all the other ones, are Thoes ment to be wiered to the ecu or the stock computer? Please help Iam...
