Hello people Recently my car has been driving like absolute crap and oil has been seen next to the turbo and looks like it’s leaking! Found a hole in my decat pipe and oil coming through it, will this be my problem?

hole in rail I started to strip the subframe off my s14 got the front V shape off except where it bolts to the car came off which was kinda expected so carried on with the subframe removal till I noticed a hole in the chassis rail in on the inside of the sills so It can't really see a easy way...
