m3 uneven tyre wear

Hi, Recently bought a e36 m3 evo and i'm concerned about the diff. It seems to put more power to the nearside wheel and will leave more rubber on road on that side when moving straight. Also its caused the this tyre to wear quicker. There is a leak from the pinion shaft and I'm going to replace...
