paint repair

Hi At the beginning i'm new and not too sure if that's correct section, if not then sorry. I'm thinking to renew my stock mazda rx8 rims because they all scratch- crap from previous owner and saw some pics with red mazda mix with fluorescent bright green rims on it. Looks dope japan style thing...
