partial throttle

I have a 1jzvvti from a jzz30/jzx100, stock auto ecu, stock injectors, big holset single, all bolt ons, new bkr7s plugs, maf cleaned, stock coilpacks, tomei fpr, new walbro, safc installed to monitor rpm/knock. When the engine is just fired up and I go through the power band everything works...
