I have a s15 with the speedo not working, it has had an abs delete, I have a 5 speed box with speed signal on it, can I hardware that straight to the cluster to get it to work or will I need to go through the Ecu first?

My speedo doesn't work... I got a uk spec s13 with rb25 engine and box, s14 rear subframe, diff, shafts etc... S14 hubs. This car is my daily so it would be handy to have a speedo... Any tacho/speedo nerds out there? ;)
