sr20 s14 sr20det engine

Just bought a standard low mileage (36'000) s14a and i'm not sure what oil to run the engine on. I haven't been able to find much information and my local garage doesn't seem to know either for some reason. If anyone could help that would be great. It's the SR20DET engine. Cheers.
