    Tyre stretch for 9 and 10J wheels?

    I have staggered rims and messed up the first time because i went with 215 45 17 and 225 45 17 which makes the profile thicker on the rears.     Wheel sizes. Will it rub? (E36)

    I was looking at getting a set of Rotiform RSE in 17"x9j ET30 for my E36 sedan but I don't want the tires to rub on the arches, so I was wondering if they will go with the current 225/45 tires that I have.     Stretching your own tyres...

    Just bought some slightly thinner tyres than my old standard ones (30mm thinner) and it's prvoving difficult to blag a tyre shop (even non-chains like kwik fit) to fit them. I know the aerosol trick but I don't know how I should go about removing my old tyres and getting the new ones on without...
