stretch tyres

Hi lads, I got a set of 18" 7Twenty style55 for my skyline fitted with Bridestone Turanza T001's. The wheels are 9.5" wide and the tyres are 225's. Just wondering what the best PSI would be for them just to stop them from debeading

Just bought some slightly thinner tyres than my old standard ones (30mm thinner) and it's prvoving difficult to blag a tyre shop (even non-chains like kwik fit) to fit them. I know the aerosol trick but I don't know how I should go about removing my old tyres and getting the new ones on without...
