116i e87 diff problem

hi guys I have a problem with my 116i bmw i know is a bit of a laugh but i took it for a little drifting around and it seams to be something wrong with my differential.
Question is what could of gone wrong is it fixable and if not what the quaife one be like for drifting?

It makes some wierd wining noise i belive the internals gone plus it seems like the seals by the axles gone as well because its covered with oil. The car went to cargiant for powersteering pump replacement and i got it back on friday night than on sunday it got really loud so not sure if they didnt do any thing to it as it doesnt seems like 3 years old where the cars is, i mean the chassis is still nice and shiny and diff i rusted etc ;/
