For sale is my Nissan 200sx S13 - 1.8 CA18DET
The car was imported from South Africa in 2022 and the shell is rust free (see photos).
First registered - 1991
MOT till October 2023
Mileage when MOT done was 83500, the car has since had a replacement cluster due to Speedo not working so now shows a higher mileage - I would take any mileage on these things coming into the country with a large pinch of salt so fairly irrelevant anyway
This is an excellent example of what is becoming an extremely rare car to find in this near stock condition (all stock parts available with the car).
This would be a perfect base to either lock away in dry storage for another 10 years, carry out a nut and bolt restoration, starting point for a highly modified car, or just drive and enjoy!
Good points:
- Excellent example of a 200sx
- 1 UK owner
- Rust free
- Almost unmodified and easily returned to stock
- Full service done tail end of last year including timing belt & water pump
- New BC coilovers fitted tail end of last year (I still have original suspension
- Undersealed with Lanoguard before it seen UK roads
- Remote central locking & immobiliser
- Brand new genuine Kouki tail lights fitted last year
As with any car of this age that hasn't went through a full restoration there are some imperfections here and there which are as follows.
- Drivers seat has small rip
- Exhaust leaking (aftermarket exhaust fitted, original can be included)
- Intermittent hesitation/flat spot on acceleration (I don't drive it enough for this to bother me)
- very minor damage to drivers front outer sill (will get a photo)
Car is located in Aberdeenshire.

Update 19/10
Yeah Moved the car recently after sitting for months and it is offering to miss fire and idling a little lumpy. Also a slight rattle coming from the engine but sounds like it's just piston slap. Will get it looked at before sale if I have the chance, this does not make the price negotiable, the car is priced to sell in the current market.
