A mate at work is selling his VR6 so I said I'd put it up here to see what interest it generates.
It's a 1997 P VR6 5 door in satin silver with climate control, sunroof, and Recaro's so it's quite a rare combo. The interior is immaculate with no wear on the bolsters, only slight wear to the steering wheel. The climate control blows ice cold. It's only done 68000 miles, and has FSH and old mot's which backs this up. It also has a cat 1 cobra alarm. It's a totally standard car, apart from a Hella rear spoiler with high level brake light. I don't know, might be a factory extra. Oh and the skirts and front lower spoiler have been colour coded.
It has 8 months mot and is taxed till the end of October. It's recently had new rear shock absorbers and a new coilpack too.
It's a good solid example underneith. The sills are straight and solid, as are the wheel arches. It does have a couple of rust scabs at the bottom rear of both front doors and a tiny bit above the windscreen but that's about it I think.
It drives like a 68000 mile car should and performs well for a stock car.
Bad points:
The bonnet was resprayed a few years ago, and has now gone a bit dull and the laquer has started to peel slightly. I can get this done and sell it for alot more, or I'll leave it as it is. Up to you!
The front tyres are going to need changing.
That's about it for now!
Looking for £1600
Will give it a good valet at the weekend and get some pics up!
