hi all,
up for sale is my audi A4 2.5v6 tdi saloon.
it is in fair condition for its age and has service history and various invoices upto 135,971 on 21/10/09
milage currently on 143400, but this will change as the audi is still being used.
i have just put 12 months MOT on today and the tax expires at the end of this month.
it has climate control, which is lovely and cold, central locking, front electric windows, abs, airbags, 6 speed box(great on the motorways), alloys recently reconditioned,10 disc multi changer, had the optional leather steering wheel and sport rear spoiler fitted from new.
just had the fuel pipes replaced front to back at a price of parts being £180.
the interior is in lovely condition, and is finished in a lovely black fabric.
i am only selling it as i need a 4X4 for work/shooting ( A LAND ROVER DISCOVERY WOULD BE IDEAL
now, the car is now 11 years old, and there are a few minor probs. they are listed here;
1. the ball joints on the front knock a bit over bumps( no wobble or pulling whilst driving- passed MOT no probs)
2. the Airbag light came on after i moved the drivers seat fully back- i have been told that this could of been caused by the tensioner plug being pulled slightly, and could be reset for around £25 at a dealers.
3.the bonnet has a small dent( as shown in pic) and is a slightly lighter silver
4. one center cap from an alloy has disapered( £15 for a replacement on ebay)
5. the on dash display is suffering from the common problem of the pixels breaking down ( repair kits on ebay for around £20)
but overall, this a lot of car for the money, and is lovely to drive- returning an average of 45mpg on average journeys and upto 65mpg on a long run.
its well poky for a diesel too.
i done 270 miles in it on sunday, and it cost £25- good seen as i was not hanging about
