Hi there, like the title says, my 1jz swap wont fire up for the first time. Everything is oem except a single turbo. Only code thrown is 21 - o2 sensor. Which wouldnt impede the engine from running? I believe i have spark and fuel, so im not sure of the issue. It runs on starting fluid. Ecu looks good inside, brand new igniter. Please throw any suggestion, i will appreciate it.
