been using a little corsa as my run around and have decided to sell up to buy something that is bit more suited to towing.
it's a 2001 vauxhall corsa GLS. 3 door in light blue/green
MOT till april 2011 , tax till the end of the month but I will sell it with 6 months tax on it. Road tax is £60 for 6 months
These cars a reputed to get up to 60mpg but to be honest I've never really kept an eye on fuel cost's or mpg. I do know that £10 in it goes a hell of a long way though !!!
Insurance is group 1 !!!!!!!! and it has a factory immobiliser
96000 miles on the clock but the engine has been changed in the car recently. The previous engine lost compression on number 2 cylinder and it was less hassle for me to change the engine so I got an engine with only 60,000 miles on it.
The car has just been fitted with a new air filter,spark plugs and oil and filter just this week and is running sweet.
It's nippy and actually surprised me with how well it goes. It'll happily get up to 70mph and sit there all day with no hassle at all.
the car is standard and had no fancy extra's. No electric anything . so nothing to go wrong with it !!!!
The underside is fresh and rust free, One dent on the back 1/4 and the front wing has been pushed back by the bumper after the previous owner parked too close nose in to a high kerb.
Looking for £2000 for it.....but a Driftworks member will get a £100 discount on it if they buy it.
pics will be uploaded in the morning once I get a chance to take some.
Also may be open to P/X if its something I can use or sell on.
