I've been looking to get into drifting for the past 2 years. I found a 2006 BMW 325 for sale and the owner doesn't know the value because for general issues he is selling it for us$1,000. Should I buy this as my first drift car? I would make around US$200 a week which I figured would be a good budget for the car. Does anybody have an opinion on this? If so, please tell.

If you don't mind having a welded diff (Or spending a lot on an LSD). The rear end is notoriously weak too, I've broke a half shaft and I'm in the process of removing a broken cup from inside the diff. That's not getting into the possibility of the subframe problems. Other than that, they're good.
