Depends on the size of the statue. Life size - yes, Statue of Liberty - no.

No, they will be a perfect fit. I ran them on my flymo for a while so they should be spot on for you.

They have the reflective strips and are pretty heavy. Dunno about sand filled but they arent going to blow over in a wind.

They are a bit heavy so maybe you can keep one for yourself and give the other to 27 friends. Presuming you have that many.

Just go and put them on some road somewhere. Maybe close off a road with annoying people on it. There's one by a fire station somewhere in Colchester that would probably be a good start
