300ZX, my project for 5 years+

Hello everyone !
First of all, sorry for the english... You know french are not good with this language. It's possible too, I don't have all the specific words.

So ! I'm currently building a project to have a 300zx Z32 drift. I'm planning it in the next 5 years to have the money, the car, the garage, to know exactly what customs I need etc.
I'm doing this post to have more info about it. Let's keep the "it's a bad car to drift" debate and let's dive into what I want to know.

1 - For what I saw, the best choice is to have a TT 2+2 manual. But do I need to block the HICAS ? Apparently some people say it's better with and other say no. The fact it's activated only at a certain speed can be a problem ?

2 - About the motor bay... To what I saw, yeah it's very tight but is it possible to reajust components ? And apparently the bay is hot when drifting, you know if it's possible cooled it in a better way ?

3 - I saw Z32 with the VG30 TT and other motors. Is it ok to drift with the VG30 or if I want to play I will need a SR20 or RB25 ? To be honest, the idea to have a car with TWO turbo is so fun but if it's not fun on the track or if the maintenance is too expensive (like the same amount of the car)... I will buy a Z32 atmo and replace the motor.

4 - Finally, as a european, is it hard to drift with the steering wheel at left ?

Thanks a lot to everyone who will respond to this post. Maybe there is answers to my questions on internet, that's why I will continue to search.

1. Would delete hicas yes, no experience with it but just another thing that can break
2. Heat blankets, heat spray etc
3. Drift it till the engine goes boom, then swap it for an LS v8 (probably the same it will cost a sr20/rb25 but more reliable power)
4. Why should drifting be hard with steering wheel on the left ?

Ahahah, ok I will until it go boom.
For the steering wheel, I'm dumb. I wanted to say to the right. Anyway, I will try to find a left one and try in Assetto Corsa a right one.
