325 diff on a 328 bmw

Hi

This weekend I will be putting a 325 diff on my 328 and wanted to know if there is anything I should look or becareful of. Never done this before but have watched a video online which recommends removing the anti roll.

If anyone could give me a few helpful hints would be great.

Get some mounting bolts on order from BMW dealer or Engineering shop if you know the sizes.
It's a real pisser when you get half way through removal to find seized or sheared bolts when the shops are shut:cry:
 
The bolts holding the driveshafts onto the output flanges can be an arse. If your removing at the weekend start wd40 on them now! Its well worth fitting the 325 diff, its 3.15 made a massive difference on my 328 sport, makes 3rd gear amazing!
