5 stud conversion spacers

I just want something bigger than the supra rims I've got, but every 17" 4 stud rim in the universe seems to look like ass and fit even worse:(

Sorry we don't do 4-5 stud conversion spacers, but both Rota Torques and GTR's are available in 4 stud fitment. :)

conversion spacers are best part of £200 - £300 depending on where you get them from why not do a 5 stud conversion with a bit of graft for similar monies?

what widths and offsets do the rotas come in in 4 stud though?

*EDIT* had a look on sxoc and the rota website and can't see anything about 17" versions, let alone 4 stud availability:(

Bon, could you be a detective for me pretty please?:D If theres a 4 stud GTR in 17" coming along soon then I'll hold out for it.

Torques in white in 17x9, offset +30 is a bit weak, but some 25mm spacers soon sort that out:

:smokin:

(ignore the fronts, 10mm spacers in that pic :euge:)

is there anyone in the MK area with the above rims who'd possibly let me trial fit one on my car? its tricky visualising how a 17x9 will fit compared to a 14x7 haha:D would be easy if I still had a diiiiirty neesan though:(

how come rota only do cack size+offsets in 4 stud anyway? don't 4 and 5 stud come from the same cast but just get drilled different?

i reckons with spacers to get the offset down to 0 they'd fit with some hammer action.. maybe

this is 9j -10 but on a 15" with 195/50 and that rub a tiny bit on the extra annoying poke in abit hard as fook extra lip an inch up inside he arch past the bashed in lip, that you really wish wasn't there :smash:

0 would not rub at all me thinks

gotta love free camber :)

yeah Bon, why? :)

It's just about what the market wants, and realistically there aren't that many buyers for wide, wide offset 4 stud wheels. We want them, but not that many people do.

Realistically geordie I think your car will sit pretty angry with 17x9 ET30 anyway, if my 81 is anything to go by.

9j +30 will only be a few mm's further out than the supra rims on there:(

I realise that rota aren't gonna start making any wheel people ask for, I was more just wondering what was around the corner, as they seem to be bringing out new sizes all the time.

In an ideal world there'd be a 17x9 GTR in black with a lower offset than 30, but then again if it has the same face as the wider rims then a spacer should sort it right out:)

so what are my current options on 4 stud rims anyway? I'm confused about what actually exists yet haha

I'm pestering about 4 stud 17x9 GTRs but I wouldn't hold your breath.

For 4 stud badassness really it's 17x9 ET30 Torque, or 18x9.5 ET30 GTR.

sweet, be sure to pester extra hard! haha

Are rota UK completely seperate to the US guys? I know theres alot of interest from american MA61 and 240Z forums about low offset 17x9's in 4 stud, but they all want that gash minilite style:(

anyway, when I get paid at the end of the month I'll order a pair of something, probably torques by the sounds of it.

ta bon:)

Yep, Rota UK and USA are seperate and both have to order in the quantity, so to order bulk for the US market is a lot easier than the relatively small UK market, hence more wacky fitments.

I think we get more cool stuff though, 17x9.5s etc.
