550cc Injector duty cycle

Hey guys, feel free to point me in the right direction and I can delete this post if it is simply a double up.I'm hoping for definite answers, from tuners etc. I want to make about 230-250rwkw on my sr20det. My setup will be: Standard cams, Sard 550cc injectors on standard rail, Larger fuel pump, GT2871r, z32 AFM, FMIC, Then Nistuned.. Basically what I want to know is what duty cycle will these injectors be at on that setup when making that power? Assuming they won't max out. Help much appreciated, Cheers

550's would just about do it if you added a little more fuel pressure but you'd be better off going with a set of 740 nismo's or similar.

I'm running very similar setup with 555' Nismos @ 1.3 bar , GT2871R 0.64 , i went for 810cc Detschwerks, if you can get hold of 740 Nismos, do that, as they are pretty much same price as 555's.

You can't really have TOO much injector... The lower duty cycles you run a injector at, the better the longevity. It may not be better to run a higher fuel pressure just to compensate for flow rate. Most injectors are set to use a certain pressure because they each atomize fuel the best at different pressures. Throwing variations at that may net you poor combustion efficiency. For your power goals, i'd go with a set of (ballpark) 750cc's.

Hope this helps! Cheers.
