2 x 255 45 17

We don't have any stock at the moment, and won't for a while I'm afraid.
As soon as we do, they'll be back up in the shop :)
 
Incidentally, 245/45/17 and 255/45/17 are way too big for a JZX90, 255/45/17 is more like the size you'd put on a small 4x4 or newish model S class/7 series.

245/40 and 255/40 would be more appropriate.
 
Doubt it. Out of interest, what car are they going on?? A 255 RS-R is a STICKY tyre, I'd be surprised if you needed more.
 
I too hAve been hunting for 275+ 17s but if you go any wider the profile gets too high!!!

Are the rsr's like r888s in the sense that 255 is actually 1cm wider than the 255 suggests, cos with 888s a 235/40 is about 1cm wider than a normal 235 road tyre
 
its mainly because i cant get anything worth spending money on in 265 or 275 17's bon

there for my 11j rims, and i cant see why i wont be able to spin them up :)
if federal even did ss version in that size i would be interested
 
Yeah the RS-Rs come up a lot bigger than your average tyres, for example, 235/40/17 on a 17x9 rim sits completely level, more like a 255 on a 9j.

I'm trying to find some good data for normal tyres as comparison, but they do come up bigger ala R888, not quite as big as an R888 though.

im just waiting on them coming back from refurb
then im trying on a pair of 255 40 17 street tyres

i know what you mean though as ive got some 235's on a 10j and they seem normal

just not a fan of much strech on a street car as ive a funny feeling sombody will get police raped soon

no its not for my 90, not want that grip at the rear lol.
my friend have a gtr, and looking for some really good grip tyre.
he even ask me to find him re-11
