Advice on which car

Hi guys.

New to the forum. Been looking around for a while.
I'm gonna buy a budget drifter in the new year and I'm just wondering what you guys would recommend.
I'm torn between getting a dirt cheap mx5 to go and learn in. Or spending a bit more and getting an is200 or e36?

What do you guys recommend. As far as I can see the mx5 is really cheap, cheap parts etc and is a good base to learn from. However the is200 or e36 will leave more room for profession as I get better.
Any help will be appreciated.

This question comes up so much -_- But mx5 is the way to go for first drift car. It's lightweight and has a very good chassis. Will help you learn loads about setting the car up and drifting itself.
