Ok here goes, i really dont want to sell my pride and joy but needs must!

Built around a very early 1984 brand new car direct
from Toyota, built as a circuit car for works team
but would easily convert to a D1 car or tarmac rally, All parts
are TRD, suspension, diff, gearbox, ecu, engine
parts etc. Brand new 8 point cage, APbrakes (monte
carlo 4 pots front), bias pedal box etc, etc.

The car only has development miles on it, and is in
extremely good condition, no rust, no
accidentdamage, all original panels. Probably one
of the best, if not the best AE86 shell in the UK :smokin:
Looking for serious offers, as its a serious bit of kit.

hi, what a beauty, i also could never buy this car due to funds, swap you two testicals though?, never raced or ralled

just a quick question though if you wouldnt mind answering for me? Was just looking at the pic of the engine bay, what work was done to the struts? are they the struts from a different car or is it just a gusseting piece going to the bulkhead? Looks solid as anything. Just wondering, thanks

Just a welded in gusset dude for extra strength! Inner wings and strut towers etc are all genuine Toyota stuff as it came from the factory!

The strut towers have a tube conecting the top of them to the front part of the roll cage, and its a single piece of tube not a sleeved one. Took me ages to get it right, then it has a gusset plate over the top of the tube and the strut top. The passenger side was easy, as i used the wiper motor hole.
Wiper motor is now on the bulkhead inside the car:thumbs:

Hmmmm *licks monitor*

Very sexual AE!

Good luck selling, thats one fantastically sweet car, so much so I would seal it in a big sandwich bag and just stare at it. :D

Good luck with the sale mate,
Unreal Car,
Just hope it doesnt end up as a tarmac car in ireland, she wont be mint for long then.
Have you tried to advertise it in Japan??? You would never know who might see it.
Will have to call around for a look ASAP, now shes complete:nod:

Wow!

that is a piece of history right there. Good luck with the sale - its a lovely tool that is.
