So you want an AE86? Thats good. Real good. But this one is sold. Sorry
SOLD SOLD SOLD
Make: Toyota
Model: Corolla AE86
Year: 1983
Mileage: Unknown
Mot: Nov 2013
Tax: Feb 2013
Price: SOLD
Location: Brighton, Sussex
Description mostly taken from PH ad.
More pics at bottom of ad.
Was originally a Trueno that has been converted to a Levin, which means all the loom is there if you wanted to convert it back.
Engine:
The guy I bought it off claimed 155 bhp, but I've never had it on a set of rollers to find out.
K&N Air Filter
Oil and filter regularly changed.
Also said it was a TRD gearbox although I have no proof of this, but the gears are a pretty close ratio.
Exterior:
14" Watanabe Wheels.
Full Vertex Body Kit.
TRD Spoiler.
Suspension:
Battle Version Extra Lock Spacers
Polybushed front end. (I have the rear bushes but they are not fitted yet)
Coilovers all round. (rear coilovers only a year old. BC Racing coilovers)
Adjustable panhard rod.
Welded Diff.
Interior:
Toad Cat 1 Alarm/Immobiliser with remote central locking.
Digital Dash.
Stripped interior.
Raceland Bucket Seats.
OMP Corsica Steering Wheel.
Bad Bits:
Bottom of the door, bottom of the boot, rear pockets and upper radiator support have rust.
Has no boot struts.
Speedo doesnt work. Cable and dash are fine. Needs new drive in gearbox.
Bonnet is a bit misshaped (think someone sat on it)
Passenger side front bumper is cracked.
Front arches are badly rolled. Fibreglass ones can be purchased for about £200 though.
Basically, most of the bits with rust can be replaced with fibreglass parts. MCN Sport and fensport have most of these bits. Bonnet, boot, wings and even doors!
I have some rear seats but they need brackets and seatbelts, but will come with the car.
With the sort of prices these cars usually fetch, you wouldn't have to spend much money on it to make it worth a lot more than I am selling it for.
No test drives without valid insurance etc etc.
Feel free to ask me any questions as I am sure I have left stuff out.
Scenic River Shot:
