Anyone want to swap 2 or 4 of my Advans for some other funky wheels? Either swap for a full set, or keep it drift style and just swap 2. Anyone got anything interesting? I offered Jay all four of the Advans for two of his SSR Mk. 2's spare drift rims but he said no :no: :( I want to do a crying smilie! Can we get some more?
 
Yeah I think about them a lot! I think they should be banned off AE86's! Unless they're tarmac terrorist paddy spec that is! I hate 13" Superlites!

A touch of JDM snobbery violating your ass Mr. Wolstengimp? There aint nowt wrong with Paddy-spec Superlites. Nice wheels on a Corolla.

I've got some nice 14x8 Wolfrace Turbo Vecs (General Lee spec) in the pipeline, but they need re-drilling.

What happened to those wheels you got on ebay then?
 
They're 15's and I can't be arsed with 15's. Want to stick to 14's really! I think Superlites look a bit ginked on 86's. I had some on my black supercharged beast. Wasn't keen!

There is something fundamentally wrong with 13's in general.. U cant fit RCA's!!! I cant believe non of the Irish use RCA's... :eek:

I use 13" and have NRCA, no problem at all! A little small but I like them! :D :D

I think NRCA will fit due to it re-locating the hub away from the lower arm, when you use them in the outer camber settings (unless you have really wide wheels with a higher offset, which i guess would catch still). With regular RCA the lower arm will catch on the inside of the rim... Nearly caught on my old 86 with the 14" Supra rims and 40mm BattleVersion RCA :(

I knew Rikard ran his 13" Revo's with T3 blocks.

I think your wheels are a very low offset though right Rikard? And also the T3 RCA's are 30mm I think, so there's a little extra clearance from the inner rim and lower arm.

13's are cool as fuck on AE86's. Apart from zenki UK OE type....

Yep, my rev's are 0 offset and your right the T3 NRCA are only 30 mm so no problem! I also have a set of 13 with a +4 offset which also work. The lip on those is about 3 inches :) but they look like old pepper pots :smash:

Yep, I'm aiming to be there.

Been really busy with other stuff recently so there's still more to be done to the car, but it should be ready for then. I'll let you know closer to the time.

How about some other AE86 gimps? £9.99 Drifty Booze Cruise with The Sun...

Track day where drifting is OK, 100 EURO, 1 hour from Calais.

I expect it's too far South for most, but it's closer to me than Silverstone...
