Had a go at drifting a couple of times and got a taster day booked so not even a novice.
Been doing trackdays for must be getting on 12 years, current track car is a 276hp BMW e30 with BC Coilovers. Previous cars such as MK1 Mexico, Porsche 993 c2, 360hp s/c c/c Elise. All of which I wish I'd kept.
I reckon I'm going to enjoy this lark and have an idea forming about a build. Unfortunately due to the single garage SWMBO only allows one fun car at a time and I'm not selling the e30, however currently looking for a new house and a requirement is a double garage so second fun car will be on the cards. So I'm going to head off and do some thorough research on Japanese 2wd pickup trucks with engine conversations. Looking for the simplest but most effective route.
Failing that then will probably just hunt out a Nissan S14/S15...
....anyway enough of my babling
