Another tyre stretching thread

What sort of width tyres can I stretch over 7j's? Also got some 7.5j's that I may use when I get the new suspension - what will stretch over these?

Might be an idea for someone to do a FAQ on this subject or maybe a table of width of tyres compared to width of wheels.

It'd be hard to get anything to stretch over a 7j to be honest. A 185 has a small "bend" but nothing to special, and on an MR2 i think a 185 is a bit small? Ive only seen 185's in 14" or less too...

I know of some proper bo rims for sale, 8j (i think) front, 9.5j rear with tyres if youre interested and have coilovers (wont fit up front without coil overs)..

Dont have any pics (can get some soon), but the rims are late revision 17" Supra MKIV TT Rims (with centre caps if you wanna use em).. Tyres are almost new too They fit SOOOO good on the back, real flush and dont need any arch work, fits on stock suspension and a small spacer finishes it off nicely For the fronts, coilovers are a must, will probably need spacing a bit to fit but again, they'll look cool...

I think he wants £300 for em?
