I bought this Volvo 940 turbo manual a week ago, it's caused me a load of headache with its over complicated electrics on the car, iv sorted it for now but iv got the hump with the car now and sort of lost faith in her already. The car is low mileage too at only 231k miles.
Its a shame really because it's a lovely car other than the electrics.. Thought about making a new loom from scratch, then thought better of it...
Im not completely decided, but I might break it for parts. Iv had a look on eBay etc and the only one of these engines for sale is £795..
I don't know a huge amount about these engines but I think they are quite sort after and TurboBricks seems to say these take 450hp quite happily. T3 flange on the manifold so turbo upgrade is easy, good strong compact engine that's easy to work on and cheap to get parts for.
I'd be willing to sell the engine complete with all Auxiliaries, Turbo, Ecu, Loom, Gearbox & Prop, etc.. For £800.
Basically everything you'd need for an engine conversion. Discount if you come remove it yourself..
Shipping to anywhere can be arranged at your cost.
