Anyone Know what these alloys are?

Anyone know the exact name of these alloys? I believe there TOMS Racing alloys. Any info would be appreciated.

Maybe a slightly different model, look proper horrible on that Seat as well.

Have those wheels in the OP been custom drilled, or is it just a weird choice of two PCD's on there??

Any info on the size, spec etc??

I've seen a few Japanese wheels like that. Means they can have 4x114.3 and 5x114.3 on one wheel, saves stock/moulds etc I guess.
 
Yours are called TOMS Racing NA-R.

The ones on the Seat are called New Sports II.

Both rare.. both look like aids. IMO of course lol.
 
lol, I'm not a fan of them either but they'd grab attention and whose does't like rare things

Saw too many rotas and xxrs at jap fest this year, would have paid attention to these!
 
I wouldn't putt hem on my car due to the amount of missing metal in the mounting holes.

It's quite commonplace from the factory on Japanese wheels where they are 4+5x114.3

Suppose, if they are forged they'll give you a good deal more strength than that of a cast wheel.
That and the stress is carried by the centerbore, not the stud holes on PROPERLY fitted wheels ;)
 
Really?

So why do you fit plastic spigot rings and not find them in a million pieces after 5 minutes if the centre bore takes all the load??
 
Studs/nuts are designed to handle lateral forces that push the wheel away from the mounting plate. The forces that the hub and center bore connection are designed to withstand – the weight of the car forcing downward and impacts forcing upward – are at right angles to the forces that the studs/nuts are designed for.

They don't get bashed to a million pieces because there's little/no room for movement IMO.

I picked the wheels up for £125 last night. There 15" and I plan to fit them to my Starlet Glanza.

Unfortunately they didn't come with the centre caps :(

There TOMS NA-R's as Mint mentioned above. Pretty rare I'm lead to believe.
 
centre bore does nothing but centre the wheel it does not take the load. If the wheel does not locate onto the hub correctly it will cause a vibration on the steering wheel and can lead to bad wear on the tyres and bearings
