i know ill probably be slated for this, but again today trying to order some stuff ,the women on the phone dont seem to be very knowledge able, always put me on hold for ages and never call me back,and when ever i ask for bren always say he is busy, europes largest 200 sx specialist?

Bren is good mate and if he dealt with everything service would be 110% but he's very busy so bear with them

As far as ive have seen on the sxoc, the service from Apex is unquestionable. This is the first negative comment ive ever heard about Bren and Apex

Why not direct a complaint to bren or apex? Theres nothing he can do about it if he doesn't hear about it!

I've been using them for the past year and can't complain one bit.
