Volkswagen : VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT B5 TDI SE
My trusty run around is up for sale as i now have a new one.
I have had the car for 2 years which is the longest i have owned a car and the only reason im selling is due to the fact i get bored easy.
The car has been superb, never gone wrong and has been looked after no expense spared.
I will be sad to see it go.
Standard spec is as follows:
Volkswagen Passat B5 1999 1.9 TDI
Electric windows
Climate control
Aircon
Power steering
Velour interior
Since owning the car i have added:
-Painted black front badge
-Colour coded rear badge
-Colour coded mouldings
-Front bumper moulding (jdm type)
-Hottuning coilovers all round
(height Adjustable)
-Prospeed decat pipe
-Audi RS4 replica wheels in polished Effect
-Remapped by chip tunning.
With the remap the car should produce 150bhp but since adding the decat it feels alot quicker. And mountains of torque being a diesel.
Within the last 6 months i have replaced:
-VW Genuine Clutch kit
-Aux belts
-Upper arm
-Track rod ends
-Full service with shell helix diesel oil.
-Brand new volkswagen flip key
The car has recently gone through an MOT a few weeks early than last year so it has 12months 2 weeks MOT and 1 month and a bit tax. Mileage is 155000 and still in use, but dont be put off as these cars will do 400-500 easily. Some service history but since i have owned the car i have done it all myself.
Bad points
Being an 11 year old car it has the odd stone chip and dink here and there, so dont expect it showroom. Aside from the ever so slight cosmetics it runs faultlessly.
