Yes it does, I got mine from there. It is an FIA item so has the two large battery terminals, two seperate switchable circuits on the back with spade connectors, and the small resistor. All you need extra is the pull cable.
It's a cable that has a handle on one end. You mount the handle end on the bulkhead externally for example, then run the cable to the switch itself and connect it up. When you pull the handle from outside, it turns the switch in the car and disconnects the battery.
