battleship grey/rivots/ war plane paint jobs

im hoping somebody will understand this. ive seen a couple of cars on here in the past with a paint job that shows rivots, battleship grey, darker edges on the panels. looking for pics of these . look like a fighter plane sort of thing. bit vague but somebody must know what I mean

Painted my helmet to match

I planned on doing the rivets and scars, but decided simple looked alot better.

Bottom pic is my car in Drift Tengoku saying the military color was cool, hahaha
