Yeah yeah, I've had a few, but at this particular time, and many other times previously, the best film in the world is:

Dont know what my favourite film would be.

Used to be Battle Royale, but Ive watched that to death now!

Love that film. Happy Gilmore, Big Daddy and Billy Madison are all quality.

Never seen Happy Gilmore, but it surely can't be better than The Big Lebowski!? "I watched my buddies die face down in the mud so you and I could enjoy this family restaurant!!"

That bit where he screws the wooden strip to the floor in order to jam a chair against the door is best visual comedy gag I've seen. The Cohen brothers are very good directors.

Dont know about dubbed but titled is easy enough to find. Just go to the shops, or play.com or anywhere like that.

Saw BR at the cinema, one of the most awesome showings ever it was so loud for a change.
