What exactly are you trying to achieve? Replacement for stock turbo? 350 HP upgrade? 1000 HP upgrade? Whats a good turbo massively depends on your goals. Also your budget matters aswell.

Anyway Holsets, kinugawa/Mamba and hypergear are good budget options while efr series are more expensive but very good.
