bit to much active content on your website

Just a note, i reckon there is way to much going on, on your main website. To many applets or flash type images, animations etc. runs like a bag of..... on my computer.

Anyone else find it glitchy and slow ?
 
The shops funny on iphone but i get there eventually. Maybe i should just buy a computer... But then id have no money for shop! Its not too bad tho
 
you can view the website in lite and mobile versions ;) you just use the drop down menu right at the bottom right hand corner.
 
Likewise shop seemed very slow and annoying last time I used it due to too many animations slowing my crap laptop down
 
Fine on google chrome here... And i'm using the worst connection internet dongle EVER at this present moment! Is fine on wireless/wired broadband as well, On any browser. Even on the rubbish WAP on the phone :)

It seems the snow was a bit too much for some, so we've scrapped it off which has helped with the homepage a bit.

We're also in the process of a big server boost in the form of a complex caching system for the shop, which should really help with the load times on the more complicated shop pages. We know they've been a bit slow :smash:
As of lunchtime today, that's active in it's basic form and we're still working on making it better. We're happy with the improvement so far though :)
 
yep iv definitly noticed the same thing, home page being the worst. my ipad doesnt like it too much.
