Now my beloved R33 has moved on I can finally get a start on my new project I have been planning for some time...
LS3 V8 350Z
It's a 54 plate shell, with the engine and most of the interior out ready for me to get stuck in.
I've kept the LS3 6.2l V8 from my R33 to drop in, this time with a few more horsepowers and lb.ft
The plan is to have it ready for next year but have a very long list of things to do and want to make sure everything is done right without cutting corners.
I have already started cutting the unwanted metal work out of the back of the car. The next steps will be remove all of the sound deadening, fully seam weld the shell and fit a multi point cage to strengthen it all back up again before I start to fit the engine and new suspension parts.
Pics of all this to follow very shortly.
