Confused E36
for spares or repair.

after years of constant use it's finally died. so i'll part all the gear out, or sell it in 1 lot if thats easier.

please be aware if i do sell it in 1 lot then you will NOT get a hard drive with it, as i still have loads of gear on that.


13.3" screen - mint.

battery - good knick, still holds about 2.5 hours of charge if used carefully

ram - 2gb, will fit other laptops too, but im not sure what.

charger cable - good knick, no rips/tears or anything.

dvd drive - works fine too, loads dvds fine.

if there is anything you need just drop me a message or whatever, and if i can take it off the laptop it's sellable.

orrr if you want to fix it yourself ( i think it's the MoBo thats gone) then make me an offer and i'll consider it.

but please make it good, i owe the insurance man monies!
 
Id be looking for more than that mate.

The whole lot, laptop, mint box and insides, manuals, osx leopard install disk, mighty mouse and a neoprene sleeve, plus the Batterys pretty new as I only bought it about a year and a bit ago (the battery)

Say 180 for everything posted?
 
I couldn't go over my offer main reason is the price of spares for them. A hard disk is gonna cost me £50+ then if it's the mainboard min £200 ish maybe more if it is that.
 
Yeah, the logic board, it'll fire up, then won't load past the Apple logo, and when it does load it keeps telling me to reset it.

Also what year is it, what's the processor speed, and what's the model number? (It'll be on the back in the small print, e.g. A1138)

Pending seeing a few pics, I'll give you £100 for it, you can keep the HD, RAM, charger, case, disks etc. - all I want is the laptop and battery.

it's a 2006 ( i think ) core duo 2ghz.

model number is A1181

i'll take some pictures when i get in from work tonight.
 
Had a re-think and i'll goto £160 for everything excl the hard disc or if you can get your data off the hard drive and include it i'll give £180 inc the hard disc.

i've got an old 80gb hard drive which i can throw in if you want, i dont know if it works, or whether it just needs an Os put back into it.

also, if your serious, i'll be honest, a couple of the keys dont work, the left hand side command, and shift.

the tab and function work, but the keys broke so they're held on with blu-tak :smash:

noticed i didnt mention it, and to be honest it's not that big a deal, as you have a command and shift on the other side lol.

i'll let you have the lot and that hard drive for £155, that sound good?
