Nissan 200 SX 200SX S13 Turbo Drift car on eBay Nissan, Cars, Cars, Parts Vehicles (item 290143268523 end time 05-Aug-07 11:31:30 BST)

For sale, my drift car.

Its a 1993 Nissan 200SX, with various modifications, most of which were intended solely on increasing its drifting potential. I am only selling as this is my 6th S13, and I fancy drifting something bigger (BMW E30 touring, or E36 saloon etc etc Maybe if you have one for sale, you could this, and I'll buy yours??)

It had a bottom end and cylinder head rebuild at just shy of 100k miles (about 5-6k ago) and has been run on Silkolene Pro S oil since (changed at 102k, 105k and I'm about to do another oil and filter change before the sale). It has always been warmed up and left to idle to cool down before turting off to prolong the turbo life, which was changed to a later model, bigger T28 unit at 101kmiles. I have also just changed the cambelt, and it had a new clutch at 99k.

It also has chemically treated suspension arms front and rear, to prevent corrosion, and the subframes and alignment arms are all fully polybushed using Powerflex bushes. Along with the Apex Performance coilover suspension and Whiteline Anti Roll Bars front and rear, it makes for a fim ride. But the discomfort is more than made up for in the handling department.

I have alo fitted a welded diff (locked), but assuming the VLSD I have for sale doesn't sell (see my other items) I can include this with the car for a small fee.

The Spec:

Engine

CA18 DET 1800cc 16v engine
T28 Turbo from S14a model (running 10psi boost)
Apex Performance Manual Boost Controller (known as Bren Device)
Autobahn 88 FMIC (front mounted intercooler)
ARC induction box (sounds great, no need for chavvy blow off valves)
Horsham Devlopments Stage 2 ECU chip (if run at 15psi boost, should give 260-280bhp)
Walbro uprated fuel pump
Quickshift gearchange (not yet fitted)
Chassis/Brakes

5 stud S14/R32 skyline hub conversion
Skyline R32 GTR 8J x 16 ET30 wheels
Michelin Pilot Premacy front tyres 7mm tread
Continental Sport Contact rear tyres 4mm tread
Skyline GTST front brakes
S13 rear brake assumebly re-drilled to fit 5stud (better handbrake than S14)
Apex Coilovers (adjuestable height/damper/camber on front)
Whiteline ARB front and rear
Welded differential
Powerflex Polyurethane bushes
Exterior

De-spoilered bootlid (not pretty, but fairly rot free. A common S13 problem)
Lacquer on NSR quarter panel lifted around ariel area. Again not pretty, but not rusting etc
Both rear arches have scratches/scuffs from tyre delamination whilst drifting
Front bumper is "drift spec". (its held on with cable ties, stitched down the sides of the wings)
Front bumper has also been filled to remove Nissan badge and headlight washers. Needs painting in places
NSF wing has dents from falling roof tiles
Bonnet has "Driftworks.com" sticker. Makes you drift better ;)
Interior

Removed rear seats (for sale, see other items)
Apexi MultiChecker fitted to wooden mount
Oil Pressure, Oil temp and Boost gauges fitted into very homemade air vent mount. Not pretty, but it was free and does the job
Sony MD head unit
Drivers side bucket seat and DriftWorks superlow seat frame
Drivers side harness on rear seat belt reel
Documents

MOT and Tax til Jan 2008
No service history, but all reciepts during my ownership (Jan this year)
V5 is registered to my mums house.
All in all, its a slightly tatty, rough round the edges, perfectly capable drift car. Excellent for learning in, or with the addition of a rollcage and a few safety items could be used to compete and EuroDrift/EDC etc

Any questions, please ask. Dont ask the reserve, just bid and see. No test drives without written proof of insurance and ID. Call or email through ebay.

I reckon your going to buy an R32 next ;)

and anything looks cool with starion wheels on it. Even a citroen AX.

Ahhh what you going for instead dude? (pm if you like) If your not keeping that seat for your next car lemme know ;) free bump for a sweet car!!

If the car hasn't sold by the end of the month, I will be breaking it, so 5 stud hubs and Starion rims available ;) Remember that they are ET-10, so a slight stretch is needed, along withg a flare (I've found a 195/45 tyre will almost sit legally)

Lyme Regis in Dorset :)

Rust isn't too bad, solid underneath. Boot lid isn't pretty, but doesn't leak and is nowhere near as bad as some of my previous ones.
