Right they say 8j on the rim but outter edge to outter edge is nearly 9.5 inches. Here they are

They'll be 8's i think, cus you have to measure the width of a rim from bead seat to bead seat, not lip to lip.

Yeah they come with the tyres which are like brand new apart from the inside edge which is very worn. Someone must have been running some serious camber.
