BMW 320i testing water

Hi Guys,

I've got a H plate 320ie Sport coupe, standard sport LSD, sports seats, stripped out back end and boot, although has x2 sets of rear bench / seats if needed one leather one cloth set, 15" BBS motorsport rims, lowered 60mm on shortened gas shocks and springs (only 2 weeks old!), 170k on the clock but runs mint. A whole bag of history and receipts, new bushes, drop links and ball joints. Good shell and solid and all over.

Any ideas how much I could expect to get for this? And would there be any interest?

Just wondered as I've seen a 5 series sport I would love in my search for a 535 engine, and I'm tempted just to get the whole car instead of the E30.

Im in the south west, bristol area.

Just working out atm whether to get the 5 Series and put the engine / running gear in my E30 or whether to just keep the 5 Series and do that up instead! Would be a shame since I have made a good start on the E30, but just wondered what it would be worth to someone to see if it is actually worth flogging and starting again on the 5 series.

Im guessing it should be worth somewhere in the region of 800-1k? It has a full years MOT (done in March) and just put six months tax on it 1 week ago! The plate is worth 300.00 or more too, got a receipt from the DVLA, previous owner paid a few hundred for it back in 96!

If I do decide to sell may be worth putting it back to standard and flogging not sure yet.
