i bought my compact and i bought it crashed i was wondering if anyone could help me with how to straighten the chassis leg? im really sorry if someones done this thread before but i need help

where and how bad have you bent it, i have just straightened my front chassis after hitting a wall, its not hard but helps if you have the right tools depending on how its bent. post some pics at different angles and i will try to help

Correct way is a chassis jig!

which way is it bent, up, down , left, right or just squashed?

Can be done using chains, trolley jacks, scaffolding tubes, big vans ;)

yeah what he said pretty much, you just gotta figure out which way its gotta go and tug or push it out, i used a porta power on mine and strapped it to a post and reversed. don't be scared to pull it pretty hard to get it out.

cheers iv got it pretty much straight was an experience the way i decided to try and it worked, was nerve racking when i released the pully, was loud bangs

it was bent intoward the engine so bent left found some of the reasons why it was bent, 5 empty tins of carlsberg and an empty bag of what seems to be weed :/
