BMW e30 1JZ GTE VVTi SWAP

Hi guys , im from greece and my english isnt too good so sorry about that

I have a bmw e30 and just bought a 1jz gte vvti engine swap.
The project is only for drift use in tracks. I think that i will be good with 400-450hp (max) to begin. SO i want to ask for some advices for this HP build.. I almost know nothing about this engine. so any advice will be apriciated!

im from athens.. I see that ppl cant spend some time to help me with some advices.. i only want some tips how the 1jz vvti engine can make about 400hp with stock turbo and stock ecu.. is this possible ? if yes what parts i have to take to make this power. I mean what injectors i need or diametr for exuast etc etc...
